Donation Request

European American Bakery Cafe is dedicated to giving back to the community that we serve by supporting organizations in a variety of ways, including fundraisers for schools, donations in kind and discounted foods. Review the following to see if you qualify.

Eligibility

We support non-profit organizations, K-12 schools and charitable events. We DO NOT offer donations to individuals seeking aid for their family or themselves, for profit ventures, capital campaigns, political organizations, lobbying or fraternal activities or religious groups for religious purposes

The types of support include donations of Bakery products including butter cookies, mini pastries and coffeecakes; Bakery Gift Cards for auction or raffle and discounts on bakery products or Coupon Vouchers specifically for those groups that do not qualify for a full donation such as minor sports and private community center events.

Application

To request a donation, or if you are interested in a fundraiser or corporate sponsorship, please submit your request following these guidelines:

• Request must be submitted in writing by regular mail or email.

  • Email: info@eabake.com
• Submit request on your organization’s official letterhead or in email include your complete contact information
• Include the following in your request:
  • A copy of your current IRS 501(c)(3) letter, if applicable
  • A copy of your flyer or brochure that is used for the event
  • Location and date of event, expected attendance, reason for event, specific request of donation and how donation will be used, along with any other pertinent information.
• Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to the event to be considered

European American Bakery Cafe will not support organizations that discriminate against a person or a group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation or religious belief. Every effort is made to support qualified groups, however, please keep in mind that our donation budget is limited. Even if your group or event meet the requirements, EABAKE reserves the right to refuse application at our discretion.
