American Baking Company is a specialty bakery that focuses on small scale production of handmade artisian breads, rolls and pastries, as well as deli & market prepared sandwiches. We have a select number of items that we offer to wholesale accounts (must be an approved account for wholesale delivery & pricing).
Most of our products are made from scratch and handmade—claims you don’t hear that often anymore. Our experienced bakers pay special attention to the detail that goes into every bread and pastry we offer.
Our bakery is not a mass production facilty that pumps out cookie cutter breads, pun intended! If your looking for inexpensive, long shelf life breads and pastries then we may not be right for you. However, if you are expecting high quality, great tasting one of a kind recipes products, then give us a call today! We make almost everything by hand—this process is labor intensive and time consuming. As such, our pricing reflects our attention to the quality of our bakery goods. Our daily delivery area includes Lee and Collier counties including the beaches. Our driver will deliver your order right to your kitchen pantry or cooler, as well as rotate “first in first out” if requested.
