When did your bakery cafe open?

We were established on September 22, 1977. We moved to our current location in November 1999 and on July 14, 2001 opened our bakery cafe.

What are your restaurant hours?

Our bakery cafe is open every day for breakfast and lunch. Our hours are 7:00 am – 2:30 pm every day. We are closed on July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Can I make reservations?

We do not accept reservations, however if you have a group of 8 or more you may call up to an hour ahead and let us know. You may have a short wait, however, we will try to expedite seating your party.

Do you franchise your restaurant?

We currently do not offer franchising of EA Bake restaurants. Should franchises become available and you are interested learning more you may email us here to be placed on a list. We will contact you when they become available.

How do I apply to work at EA Bake?

How do I find allergy and nutrition information for your products?

We are currently in the process of updating our menu with nutrition information. Check back on our menu page for the most updated information. For nut allergies our menu items are listed with a symbol of a nut for easy reference.

What are all your menus available?

Our bakery cafe menu features breakfast and lunch, bakery, and beverages.
Our catering menu is geared for larger groups or events
Our bakery menu is for custom cookies, cakes, and holiday orders as well as purchasing bulk baked goods

What is your delivery area?

Our delivery area for catering orders is about 10 mile radius. However, we may be able to go farther depending on the order amount and items ordered.

What is your catering delivery minimum and fee?

We request a minimum of $100 to deliver your catering order (weekends are $150 minimum). The flat fee for our primary delivery area is $30. This covers labor involved in the packaging of your order and delivering and setting up your food.

Some areas may require an additional fee to cover the extra time and distance. If so, your delivery fee may be adjusted once placed.

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

You can request the information on our contact page or call the store catering manager. Please have your contact information, date of delivery and last 4 digits of your credit card number if possible. You can also check your online account page for all previous orders.

I am having trouble deciding what and how much to order, can you help me?

Catering orders can get complicated. We are here to help you with your order. Just call our store catering manager at 239-225-0450 and we will make sure you get all your questions answered.

What is your delivery area?

Our delivery area is about 4-mile radius from our bakery cafe.

Do you have a minimum order to deliver?

The minimum order to deliver from our bakery cafe menu is $20 before tax and gratuity. All deliveries have a flat fee of $4.90 to cover the costs of packing and delivering your food.

When do you deliver?

Delivery for our bakery cafe menu is 9 am – 1pm weekdays. Delivery may be paused when there is not an available driver or when the order volume is large. See catering FAQ for more information on catering delivery.

I order this morning for an 11:30 am delivery, why was it delivered at 11:45?

Due to the nature of ordering off our bakery cafe menu, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We start making your food when you place or order or based on the time selected. Please allow 60-90 minutes for your order to arrive. If you requested a certain time, then your order will most likely be delivered closer to that time. Your food should always arrive hot and ready to enjoy.

How do I get a copy of my receipt?

You can request the information on our contact page. Please have your contact information, date of delivery, last 4 digits of your credit card number and/or your order number if possible.

What do I do if my order is incorrect?

We are apologize for any error on your order. You can email us here or through our contact page.

What if my third-party delivery order was incorrect?

We apologize for the inconvenience. We hold all our partners to the same high EA Bake standards. Third party deliveries such as UberEATS and Door Dash are the responsibility of our delivery partners. If your order was late or not correct, please contact them directly. They should be able to assist you or issue a refund. You may be required to reorder your food again.

How do I join your rewards program?

You can join our Bake Rewards loyalty program in-store, online when you register and place your order or on our rewards page.

In-store, just ask a server during checkout to be registered. You will need your full name, phone number and email address. Your physical address is also preferred for the best experience.

Online you can register when you place your first order on our website or through our EA Bake app. Existing online customers can go to their account profile and check the enroll me in Bake Rewards box.

How does Bake Rewards work?

You earn 1 point for every dollar (on a qualifying purchase) that you spend at our bakery cafe in-store or online. Once you reach a certain number of points, they can be redeemed for free food and drinks. There is a minimum spend of $5 to earn points and a maximum 50 points can be earned per visit. Bonus point days and random rewards may be given throughout the year.

How do I earn points?

Once registered simply use your online account with the same phone/email. Every time you order at EA Bake you automatically earn points on qualifying items. Instore you may give your server your phone number or scan the QR code in your EA Bake app.

How do I redeem rewards?

Once you receive a Bake Reward it will show up in your online account under Rewards. You can select the available reward to use during your order. If you are paying at the counter, you can either show your Bake Reward at checkout or your server will inform you if there is a reward available.

Do Bake Rewards expire?

Everyday Bake Rewards expire 60 days from receipt. Birthday Rewards expire 30 days from the date of your birthday. Expired rewards cannot be redeemed.

Can I add my points after I made a purchase?

Yes, if your visit was within 30 days, just tell your server your phone number and the dine in date and order number.
